The Modeling and Simulation Information System (MSIS)
The Department of Defense (DoD) Modeling and Simulation Information System (MSIS) is operated by the Modeling and Simulation Information Analysis Center (MSIAC). MSIS is an electronic archive used to store metadata descriptions covering a variety of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools, data and services. The current system is capable of listing M&S toolsets, documents, databases, object models and contacts.
